Attendance Officer/Transportation Coordinator/Receptionist/Secretary

We are seeking a multi-talented individual for this full-time, 12 month position. The candidate will work from our Mifflintown site while school is in session and our Huntingdon site during the summer months.

Attendance Officer duties include collecting daily attendance and preparing reports/notifications accordingly.

Transportation Coordinator duties include maintaining a current roster of all students by transporting district and communicating requests/changes for transportation. 

Receptionist duties include answering the phone and greeting visitors.

Secretarial duties are related to the accounts payable function of the business office during the summer months.

Minimum Qualifications: 2 years post secondary education in the secretarial/business fields or comparable work experience
                                   Knowledge of a wide variety of general office practices and procedures 
                                   Expertise in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.

The selected candidate will be required to secure Act 34, Act 151, and FBI Criminal Background clearances.
